Spencer, who is in charge of Xbox, talked about "game film and television", claiming that "Microsoft is indeed inadequate in this respect."

Thanks to CTOnews.com netizens for the delivery of clues on the way! CTOnews.com, September 12, according to foreign media GameSpot, Spencer, the head of Xbox business, admitted in an interview with the Washington Post recently that he lagged behind Sony, Nintendo and other rivals in terms of game film and television (pushing IP into other areas). By comparison, it can be said to be "in the early stages of the journey."

We don't have the deep heritage and expertise of Sony SIE, and we can't bring IP to the world as successfully as Nintendo. It's really important for the industry to make IP film and television. We used to envy Hollywood and admire its creativity.

But now you can see that with the increasing importance of stories in the console game industry, our game creators are not inferior to those in the film and television industry.

These companies have benefited from the popularity of Sony and HBO's "Last Survivor" reality series and Nintendo's "Mario Brothers Movie" this year.

Microsoft does have some deficiencies in this respect, but CTOnews.com has learned that Microsoft is also promoting certain "game film and TV" plans. It is known that Halo TV series is in production for the second season, and in the future, there will be "War Machine" movies and animations jointly released with Netflix, "my World" movies and "radiation" series and so on.
