New feature of Google Chrome browser: seamless mode supports hidden media data
CTOnews.com, Sept. 13, Google recently updated the latest Chrome browser of Canary Channel to support hidden media data in seamless mode by enabling experimental Flag content.
After enabling "Hide media metadata when in Incognito" experimental Flag, users will access multimedia resources such as YouTube in trackless mode, and will not display the title, source and other related information of the media, but only "A site is playing media" (CTOnews.com Note: there is a site playing media content).
This experimental Flag mainly calls MediaSessionClient API, hides media metadata and displays placeholders, and this update applies to Mac,Windows,Linux,ChromeOS,Fuchsia and Lacros.
