MSI released Z790 Max motherboard: up to seven M.2 slots, supporting Wi-Fi 7
CTOnews.com Sept. 14, MSI today released the Z790 Max motherboard, which is expected to be available with Intel Core 14 desktop processors in October.
MSI's upcoming Z790 Max series motherboards include PRO series, Tomahawk missile series, Blade series, Diablo series, Ares series and GODLIKE Supergod series.
According to officials, the new Z790 Max motherboard supports up to seven M.2 SSD slots, higher memory support frequency, Wi-Fi 7 wireless network, and standard shark fin antennas.
As IT House previously reported, the motherboard still contains the Z790 chipset, because Intel's upcoming Core 14 desktop processor can be seen as a 13-generation small overclocking version (the i7 model adds four small cores).
