CTOnews.com, Sept. 15 (Xinhua)-- Horizon Worlds, Meta's "meta-universe" platform, recently invited Android users to pre-empt the experience and launched a web version after it launched a closed mobile test in late August.

The company has already started using the Meta Quest app to invite some Android users to experience Horizon Worlds's first world Super Rumblea,Meta, saying it will launch an iOS version in the next few weeks.

CTOnews.com cited the Meta press release that the company plans to launch more worlds in the coming months, allowing users to socialize with friends, comedy shows, free concerts and other events that can be accessed from any connected device.

Horizon Worlds is similar to Rec Room, where users can log in to Horizon Worlds through Meta's header display Quest series and create their own virtual images (avatar).

Here, users can achieve most of the activities in the real world, using virtual images to socialize with users from all over the world, visit friends, attend concerts and travel around the world.
