In his speech, Wang Chuanfu pointed out that in the more than 260 years since the first industrial revolution began to use fossil energy, fossil energy has promoted the rapid progress of human civilization, but also made human society pay a heavy price. As of today, mankind has used up nearly half of the fossil energy on the earth.

In addition, Wang Chuanfu also said that at today's consumption rate, the coal used by mankind can only be used for more than 200 years, and the earth's oil can only be used for 50 years. At the same time, he also stressed that "human beings can not only live for 200 years". If we cannot get rid of our dependence on fossil energy, coal and oil will be exhausted in more than 200 years.

It is worth mentioning that Zhao Changjiang, general manager of Teng Teng sales Division, recently posted some photos of BYD's "ET" concept car launched in 2004. From the picture, the car is a pure electric MPV. According to previous public information, the car is powered by four hub motors and has a maximum range of 350km. BYD said the concept car "shows us the dawn of the commercialization of electric vehicles".
