Microsoft Outlook plans to introduce new features this month to make it easier to organize cross-time zone meetings
CTOnews.com September 16 news, according to Microsoft's official Microsoft 365 roadmap, plans to launch a Scheduling Assistant for Outlook at the end of this month to help business users plan and organize meetings across time zones more easily.
"When organizing meetings between people in different time zones, organizers can get relevant prompts showing the time zone information of each participant," Microsoft wrote in the roadmap introduction.
CTOnews.com also learned from the report that Outlook Calendar Assistant will also help you find the right time before organizers organize meetings for people in different time zones, ensuring that all meeting members can participate in the meeting at the right time.
