CTOnews.com inquiry learned that Ziguang Guowei and Ziguang Zhanrui both belong to the company of Ziguang Group, both of which are chip enterprises, but they are oriented to different fields.

Ziguangguo micro business covers intelligent security chips, semiconductor power devices and ultra-stable crystal frequency devices.

Ziguang's products include mobile communication CPU, baseband chip, AI chip, RF front-end chip, RF chip and other communication, computing and control chips, mainly for the field of consumer electronics.

Ziguangguo achieved operating income of 3.735 billion yuan in the first half of 2023, an increase of 28.56 percent over the same period last year, and realized a net profit of 1.392 billion yuan belonging to shareholders of listed companies, an increase of 16.22 percent over the same period last year.
