Engineers such as Gary Butcher, a designer of Apple's man-machine interface, recently spoke to GQ media and revealed many details of the design of the dial.

Paige Braddock, chief creative officer of Charles M Schulz Creative Associates, said that after meeting with the Apple Apple Watch team after the outbreak, the final plan was to produce 148 unique animations, depending on the time of day, local weather and activities.
