CTOnews.com September 22 news, SAIC Roewe announced today that its new energy model D7 has now been officially mass-produced, and the offline ceremony was held at the SAIC passenger car base in Zhengzhou.

The offline model is the pure electric and plug-in double version of D7, which is named D7 EV and D7 DMH respectively. The new car was declared in the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology in June this year, and the official drawings of the two power models have been unveiled. The new car is the first medium-and large-sized car born in the SAIC Nebula Pure Electric exclusive platform, with length 4890mm, wide 1890mm, high 1510mm, wheelbase 2810mm, pure electric top speed 170km, and the total volume of the front and rear trunk reaches 447L.

In terms of power, the Roewe D7 pure electric version is equipped with a VGA six-in-one motor, the maximum power is 155kW, matching two new Rubik's cube batteries, corresponding to CLTC comprehensive mileage of 510km and 610km respectively.

Hybrid car Roewe D7 DMH is equipped with a new DMH "super hybrid" system, which can achieve "ultra-long range, ultra-low fuel consumption, super quiet". In terms of specific parameters, the power system can provide pure electric mileage 125km, comprehensive mileage 1400km, feed fuel consumption of 100km 4.3L, and the thermal efficiency of hybrid special engine is greater than 43%. The noise reduction performance of NVH is "10% higher than that of the same class products".

Roewe will launch eight new energy models in the next three years, covering a variety of body forms such as cars, SUV and MPV, covering mainstream market segments ranging from compact, medium to medium to large.
