CTOnews.com Sept. 23, Microsoft today released a cumulative update KB5030310 for Win11 22H2 for Release Preview's Windows Insider project members. After installation, the version number has been upgraded to Build 22621.2361.

Microsoft will release an optional update to Win11 22H2 on September 26. (note: Microsoft has clarified, see here. Including a Copilot in Windows preview, a more modern file manager, voice access to bring a new text creation experience, and improved narrator voice to make it more natural

CTOnews.com note: Microsoft said that for those users who enable the "get the latest updates for the first time" option, Windows configuration updates (KB5030509) will be pushed and installed synchronously during the installation of Win11 Build 22621.2361 updates, which will take effect during a restart.

After a reboot, the user can find this Windows configuration update in the update history. This Windows configuration update is used to enable new features through Controlled Feature Rollout (CFR) technology.
