CTOnews.com, September 23 (Xinhua)-- Samsung is testing the Galaxy A55 phone with an Exynos 1480 processor, which is expected to be released next year, according to the Dutch technology media Galaxy Club.

The Samsung Exynos 1480 processor model is S5E8845, with the internal code name "Rose". CTOnews.com Note: the Exynos 1380 processor model is S5E8835, while the Exynos 1280 processor model is S5E8825.

It is reported that the Samsung Galaxy A55 is similar to the Galaxy A54 with a 5000-megapixel camera, but other camera specifications are not yet clear.

There are also reports that the Samsung Galaxy A55 will upgrade its front camera to 1000 megapixels, just like the Galaxy S23 FE.

The Galaxy A55 features a 120Hz Super AMOLED screen, stereo speakers, dustproof and waterproof IP67, and gorilla glass on the front and back.
