KB5030211 was released on Sept. 12, and Reddit users found that the app was installed without their permission after the update and could not be uninstalled.

Open the start menu or Windows search.

Search for PowerShell and run with administrative privileges.

Enter the following command in PowerShell:

Remove-WindowsPackage-Online-PackageName "Microsoft-Windows-UserExperience-Desktop-Package~31bf3856ad364e35~64~~10.0.19041.3393" restart.

If you want to restore the changes, run the following command and restart the system:

DISM.exe / Online / add-capability / CapabilityName:Windows.Client.ShellComponents~~~~0.0.1.0
