Intel unveils 14-generation Core Raptor Lake Refresh processors for the first time and is expected to debut on October 17
CTOnews.com, Sept. 25, although Intel did not mention the 14-generation Core Raptor Lake Refresh processor in its official keynote speech at Innovation 2023 Innovation Conference, it does not mean that Intel has forgotten this series.
Although Intel CEO Pat Kissinger (Pat Gelsinger) did not mention any information about the processors during the keynote speech, officials showed them directly in the showroom the next day.
The host made it clear that this is the first public appearance based on the Raptor Lake Refresh series of pre-released hardware. The demo system involves a desktop system used to create a human in a meta-universe-a virtual avatar that captures human movements and models with a camera.
However, Intel did not release the SKU and configuration information of the series of processors, and this year's campaign focused on Meteor Lake and Lunar Lake, especially their AI acceleration capabilities, as previously reported by CTOnews.com.
According to revelations, the first batch of Intel 14-generation Core Raptor Lake Refresh processors is expected to include six models: i9-14900K (F), i7-14700K (F), i5-14600K (F), while more non-K 65W models will be launched on CES 2024.
Core i9-14900K (F) of 24-core 32-thread 6GHz,
Core i9-14900 (F) of 24-core 32-thread 5.8GHz,
Core i7-14700K (F) of 20-core 28-thread 5.6GHz,
Core i7-14700 (F) of 20-core 28-thread 5.4GHz,
Core i5-14600K (F) of 14-core 20-thread 5.3GHz,
Core i5-14600 of 14-core 20-thread 5.2GHz,
Core i5-14500 of 14-core 20-thread 5.0GHz,
Core i5-14400 (F) of 10-core 16-thread 4.7GHz,
Core i3-14100 (F) of 4-core 8-thread 4.7GHz,
As things stand, the first models of Intel's 14-generation cool series desktop CPU are expected to debut on October 17, with a price increase compared to the previous generation.
