Tests show that the GPU of iPhone 15 Pro Max is not as good as Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra phone

CTOnews.com Sept. 26, according to the 3DMark Wildlife Extreme benchmark test results, Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra GPU performance is better than iPhone 15 Pro Max.

The benchmark mainly evaluates the performance of the device GPU under demanding and held graphics workloads, and the results show that the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor with 4nm technology is better than Apple 3nm's A17 Pro processor.

Apple's iPhone 15 Pro Max started with a score of 3608 in the first test and dropped to 2843 in the second test, showing a "cliff" decline in just a few seconds.

In the 20th test of Apple's iPhone 15 Pro Max, the GPU score dropped to 2681, a drop of about 22%.

The Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra started with a score of 3886. After the 20th test, the score dropped to 2794, a drop of 28%.

The test results show that iPhone 15 Pro Max users may encounter a sudden drop in frame rate during the game. Although A17 Pro uses the latest 3nm technology, it is inefficient in energy efficiency and lacks adequate heat dissipation system, so the equipment is easy to burn.
