Authorized by a free and detention judge, the investigation department of the French Competition Authority raided the premises of a company suspected of committing anti-competitive conduct in the graphics card industry.
Such raids do not presuppose illegal acts, which can be attributed to the companies involved in the alleged acts, which can only be determined by a comprehensive investigation of the merits of the case where appropriate.
The report also said that competitors such as Intel and AMD are trying to compete for the AI chip market, but Nvidia's H100 GPU still maintains a strong position, estimated to occupy more than 80% of the market share.
