CTOnews.com, September 29, Microsoft recently released an optional update to Win11 Moment 4, focusing on the introduction of the AI tool Copilot. In addition, the new version also optimizes the first boot setup (OOBE) interface, supports Voice Access, and provides different ways to set up the desktop.

OOBE backup Win11 Moment 4 update, Microsoft has introduced Second-chance Out-of-box Experience (SCOOBE) in addition to updating OOBE. On the wizard page, users can create or restore backups from, including applications, settings, login credentials, files, and so on.

OOBE can access the cloud to detect the contents of users' previous backups, and users can also choose to configure backups to the cloud.

Of course, you can always skip this step using the Skip temporarily option. After the setup is complete, you can use the new Windows backup application or the Settings application to configure the backup.

Voice Access Microsoft has extended the scope of Voice Access to navigate through the OOBE interface. Users can click the accessibility flyout in the lower right corner of the screen, and then click enable Voice Access.

The OOBE update recommends that if you select the "Development" option in the OOBE recommendation, the Dev Home application will be automatically launched in the initial setup to help the user configure the device to test and build the application.
