AMD Zen5 / Zen6 CPU architecture is revealed, 2024Universe will be released in 2025

In addition, the revelation claims that the Zen6 architecture uses a new packaging technology to stack CCD on top of IOD.

According to previous reports from IT House, AMD is expected to launch a new generation of mobile processors code-named "Strix Point" early next year, using Zen5 architecture and 4nm technology, 45W TDP,FP8 encapsulation, P core with 4 cores with 8 threads and E core with 8 cores and 16 threads. The core display processor is 1024, or 16CU, which is 4 CU more than the core display of R7 7840HS.
