The N7000 series PCIe 4.0SSD adopts HMB+SLC Cache intelligent cache design, with sequential read speed up to 7200MB/s, sequential write speed up to 6200 MB/s, random read speed up to 1000k IOPS, and random write speed up to 820k IOPS. Equipped with Thermal Throttle and Power Management management systems, the working temperature and power consumption of SSD can be adjusted dynamically. At the same time, the main control chip and flash memory chip with high thermal conductivity are covered by graphene heat dissipation patch with high thermal conductivity, which can control the temperature of SSD at a reasonable level.
