CTOnews.com, October 6 (Xinhua)-- the DARK HERO model in ROG's new MAXIMUS Z790 series high-end motherboard is now on sale overseas at a price of $700 (CTOnews.com Note: currently about 5117 yuan).

The motherboard supports Intel's upcoming Core 14 processors as well as older 13 and 12 generations of processors, using the Z790 chipset. The motherboard has four memory slots that support 192GB DDR5 memory at frequencies of 8000 MT/s or higher, with two PCIe 5.0 * 16 slots and one PCIe 4.0 4 slot, and five M.2 slots, one of which supports PCIe 5.0.

In terms of interface, the IO panel on the back of the motherboard includes double lightning 4 interfaces, 6 USB (10Gbps) interfaces, four USB (5Gbps) interfaces, one HDMI interface, and a 2.5G network port. The wireless network supports Wi-Fi 7.

ROG has now announced that it will release the new Z790 motherboard at 21:00 on October 16, and four high-end Maximus series motherboards should be released on the poster.
