On Oct. 8, as in previous months, Hyundai announced the sales of its booming electric vehicles when it announced its September sales.

Hyundai Motor sold about 18000 electric vehicles worldwide in September, according to news posted on its website.

The previous month, Hyundai disclosed that it sold more than 18000 electric vehicles worldwide and about 18000 in September, which means they have sold roughly the same number of electric vehicles in the past two months.

But unlike in previous months, Hyundai did not mention the proportion of the IONIQ series, including the IONIQ 5 and IONIQ 6, in the electric cars they sold that month when it disclosed sales of electric cars in September. In August, they disclosed about 70% of the total.

Figures released by Hyundai also showed that they sold 357151 vehicles in September, down slightly from 357555 in the same period last year, but up from 351670 the previous month.

In addition, Hyundai sold 3127001 vehicles worldwide in the first nine months of this year, up 7.7% from a year earlier, compared with 2904051 in the same period last year.
