Amazon Luna cloud game users can now purchase Ubisoft games and support cross-platform internal purchase

Thanks to CTOnews.com netizens and soft media users for 1520111 clue delivery! CTOnews.com, Oct. 8 (Xinhua)-- users of Amazon's cloud gaming service Luna can now buy and play games from Ubisoft, including "Assassin's Creed", "isolated Island shock", "cool car god" and "watchdog". The list of games attached or supported by CTOnews.com is shown below:

At the end of last year, Amazon Luna and Ubisoft deepened their partnership, allowing users to stream Ubisoft masterpieces already purchased on PC. This means that users will have a cross-platform license to buy games that can be played on PC or any device that supports Luna, including Fire TV, Chromebook and mobile phones.

The game purchased by the user will be displayed in their database on the Luna platform, and all the content purchased in the game will be connected to the user's original Ubisoft account-regardless of the channel through which payment is made. In addition, if users stop subscribing to Luna services or Prime members, these Ubisoft games can still be played on other platforms.

CTOnews.com previously reported that Activision Blizzard CEO Bobby Kotick said earlier this year that Amazon has 200 million Prime users and he believes that Amazon Luna, which is free, has the largest number of cloud gamers in the world.

He pointed out that Netflix entered the cloud gaming space and Google withdrew from the cloud gaming space because they realized that the efficiency of providing processing power in the cloud was actually lower than that of Android phones. The company will continue to invest in so-called "cloud games", but this is not a real market, and despite a lot of efforts, it has not yet proved to be successful.
