Under the leadership of a "trusted infrastructure team", Russia is said to be trying to redefine computing power, claiming to "break the limits of computing power", with a project budget of about $6 billion (CTOnews.com Note: currently about 43.86 billion yuan). However, due to the rapid development of technology, the cost in the next few years is expected to be reduced in the next few years. According to CTOnews.com 's previous report, Russian technology giant Yandex said in an interview early last month that the YandexGPT developed by the company has a greater future than the ChatGPT developed by US competitor OpenAI.

Dmitry Masyuk, head of Yandex's search and advertising technology business, said YandexGPT had been able to "steadily outperform" ChatGPT 3.5 in generating Russian content, even providing a better answer than ChatGPT 4.0 in many cases, adding that it would be "only a matter of time" for YandexGPT to compete with its US rivals.
