CTOnews.com, October 15 (Xinhua)-- Japanese player ikemenzi posted a message on X celebrating the total number of PS trophies set five Guinness world records, winning a total of 8044 platinum trophies, which was verified on PSNProfiles on June 6, 2023.

CTOnews.com noted that ikemenzi won 237838 trophies on January 13 this year, including 119947 bronzes, 51763 silver and 63036 gold, achieving five consecutive championships.

It is worth mentioning that at last year's CEDEC 2022 game developers conference, Kenjo Akiyama, head of Sony's global developer technology department in Tokyo, said that players in Japan and other parts of Asia won platinum trophies much more frequently than Western players.
