CTOnews.com, Oct. 17, Intel did not hold a press conference or issue a press release, but listed the new generation of entry-level workstation processor Emure 2400 series directly on the company's support page. The CPU series, which is based on the Catlow platform, has a total of 8 models and is designed to replace the Emai 2300 series (Tatlow).

This series of processors uses the same Raptor Cove core as the Raptor Lake-S series of consumer processors, and it is a full-core design (8p + 0E, 6P+0E, 4P+0E). It is not clear whether it supports AVX512.

This series of platforms uses LGA 1700 slots and brings stronger feature support than the previous LGA 1200, such as DDR5 memory support, improvements in PCIe Gen5 storage compatibility, and generation-to-generation performance improvements.
