Experiencer XMPlus acquires NPSMeter, stabilizing the "leader" position of experience management industry

On September 30, 2023, experiencer XMPlus (hereinafter referred to as "experiencer") successfully completed the acquisition of NPSMeter. This acquisition is the first acquisition since the Chinese customer experience Management (CEM) track entered the rapid development, and marks the further expansion of the experiencer in the CEM field, aiming to continue to improve the product system and expand the business layout, so as to provide customers with more diversified and high-quality products and service experiences.
NPSMeter is a main SaaS product of Hangzhou Enterprise Cloud Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Enterprise Cloud"), positioned as a lightweight in-application research tool, focusing on user experience, focusing on embedded NPS research, through APP, Mini Program, web page embedding and real-time feedback windows related to user scenes, to help enterprises efficiently collect user feedback and improve the speed and accuracy of product and service improvement. Through this acquisition, experiencers will integrate NPSMeter's resources and experience in user insight and experience management to further enhance their product strength and service capabilities.
