According to reports, this series of SSD has lower 6x9 QoS latency than 1ms, with a maximum sequential read speed of 7GB/s, a write 5.9GB/s (97% higher than the competitor), a maximum random read of 1100K IOPS (13% higher), and a write of 410K IOPS (242% higher).

Thanks to the low latency, the random read latency of the hard drive is about 83% lower than that of competitors under 100% read workloads, and the random mixed I / O latency is about 82% lower than competitors under 70% read / 30% write workloads.

Micron says the 7500 SSD is designed to meet the needs of storage-intensive data center workloads such as artificial intelligence, databases, content delivery, real-time analytics, social media platforms, cloud computing and virtualization.

This series of SSD conforms to the TCG Opan 2.01 specification, obtains the SPDM 1.2 authentication, and adopts the hardware data encryption based on AES-256.

In addition, Meguiar's 232layer 3D TLC NAND flash memory chip uses CuA architecture, using NAND string stacking technology, the new technology can greatly reduce the chip size of NAND flash memory and help to reduce the cost.
