Yingjiao then filed a civil lawsuit against Shanghai Bangzhong Network Technology Co., Ltd. and other related subjects of "Girl Mansion".

Under the auspices of the People's Court, Yingjiao Network agreed to settle with Shanghai Bangzhong Network Technology Co., Ltd. According to the Settlement Agreement, Shanghai Bangzhong Network Technology Co., Ltd. undertakes and warrants that it will stop all infringing acts against us, including the infringing acts involved in the dispute case; it and its affiliated companies shall not directly or indirectly implement any other acts infringing upon our legitimate rights and interests; if there is any violation, it shall bear the obligation to pay liquidated damages. In addition, Shanghai Bangzhong Network Technology Co., Ltd. has fulfilled its obligation to pay the settlement amount.
