The price is not expected to be too high. The Asustek Chromebook, which also features a Cy Young N4500 processor, a 17.3-inch Full HD screen and supports Wi-Fi 6, sells for only $249 (CTOnews.com Note: currently about 1823 yuan).

The Intel Celeron N4500, a dual-core SoC of the Jaser Lake series, is mainly used for cheap notebooks and was released in early 2021. The frequency of the two Tremont CPU cores is between 1.1and 2.8GHz (single-core Burst), and no SMT is provided.

The N4500 uses 1.5 MB L2 and 4 MB L3 caches. The chip is manufactured at Intel in a 10-nanometer process (or the same process as Ice Lake).

In addition to the dual-core CPU module, SoC integrates a 16-EU EU UHD graphics GPU with a frequency of 350-750 MHz and a LPDDR4 (x) dual-channel memory controller (up to 16 GB and 2933 MHz).

The chip also partially integrates Wi-Fi 6 (Gig +), 8 PCIe 3.0channels, 14 USB 2.0 / 3.2ports and two SATA 6.0ports.

Google ChromeOS currently focuses on the education market, but in recent years it is gradually facing the challenge of Microsoft's low-end Windows notebooks.
