Sony will hold a special event on November 8 and is expected to release A9III cameras and 300mm F2.8 GM lenses.
CTOnews.com, October 28, according to sonyalpharumors, Sony Japan released a warm-up for a "special event" to be held in Yokohama from November 8 to 9.
Sonyalpharumors said Sony's warm-up confirmed previous rumors that Sony would hold a product launch on November 8. Here are some possible new products from Sony:
Sony 300mm F2.8 GM (99% probability)
Sony A9III camera with new sensors (70% probability)
Sony A1 firmware update (70% chance)
It was previously reported that the Sony A9III will carry 2400 megapixel CMOS, support a maximum continuous shooting speed of 30 frames per second, have the same autofocus system as Alpha 1, support 6K 60 frames of 12bit raw video shooting, 4K 60 frames of 10bit 422 in 6K overharvest, and 4K 100 frames of 120 frames in S35 mode.
