Geely Galaxy E8 real car details unveiled: new pink and yellow car paint, open for delivery this year
According to news from CTOnews.com on October 29, blogger @ Ari posted a set of real car pictures of Galaxy E8, an all-electric medium-sized car owned by Geely Galaxy New Energy, on Weibo today. The official rendering of the car has been unveiled before.
Compared with the silver in the previous official picture, the new car that appears in the camera this time uses a more youthful and dynamic color matching. In addition to the slightly bluish silver, two new car paints of light yellow and light pink made their debut.
These pictures show the details of the rear design of the new car, with a similar through-through design of the taillights, separated by the LOGO area. Although the new car has a slippery-back coupe posture, judging from the details of the trunk, the car does not adopt a hatchback design.
The new car will be Geely Galaxy's first E-series model featuring "smart pure electricity". It will be built on the vast architecture of Geely SEA and will be delivered in 2023.
According to previous reports from CTOnews.com, the length, width and height of the car are 5010mm, 1920mm and 1465mm, respectively, and the wheelbase is 2925mm. In terms of aerodynamic performance, the car will be equipped with external AGS active intake grille, low wind resistance closed pneumatic rims and other low wind resistance design, the wind resistance coefficient is 0.199Cd.
The interior of the car is equipped with a 45-inch 8K display screen with an effective display area of 1130 mm * 138mm, extending from the left side of the driver's seat to the right side of the passenger seat, almost throughout the center console. The big screen also uses an ultra-thin design with a thickness of 9.8 mm. It is reported that the new car will carry Qualcomm Snapdragon 8295 flagship chip, as well as Geely's new car system.
In terms of power, the new car is driven by pure electric, while the previously declared model is driven by a single motor with a comprehensive motor power of 200kW. The vehicle is equipped with a battery pack with a capacity of 76 kWh, a pure electric mileage of 665 km and a vehicle mass of 2030 kg.
