From now on, some imported Forester, Aohu and BRZ series cars will be recalled, totaling 15470 vehicles, as follows:

A total of 8232 imported 2022-2023 F series vehicles manufactured between December 6,2021 and December 22,2022;

A total of 5250 imported 2021-2023 Aohu series vehicles manufactured between February 18,2021 and March 1,2023;

A total of 1988 imported BRZ series vehicles of model year 2023 were produced between September 1,2022 and April 21,2023.

CTOnews.com notes that the lack of instructions on how to replace external filament bulbs in the user manual and other accompanying documents for vehicles within the scope of this recall may lead to incorrect installation when replacing bulbs, posing a safety hazard.

Subaru Automobile (China) Co., Ltd. will provide supplementary manuals on external filament lamp replacement methods free of charge for vehicles within the scope of recall to eliminate safety hazards.

Subaru Automobile (China) Co., Ltd. will notify relevant users by registered letter, telephone, WeChat, etc. through authorized dealers to arrange recall maintenance matters.
