Intel / Lenovo / iqiyi cooperate to accelerate the landing of AI on the application side

The three companies signed a memorandum of cooperation aimed at accelerating the landing of AI changes on the application side and bringing users a new advanced intelligent experience of AI.

According to reports, the tripartite cooperation has successfully achieved more advanced hardware decoding technology, intelligent prediction and generation technology, as well as the support of NPU. These innovative technologies enable Lenovo's AI PC to provide an immersive video streaming experience and excellent display and audio effects. While achieving better performance, it also achieves excellent power consumption optimization. Lenovo's AI PC not only has strong computing power, but also can save energy for users and achieve the goal of green environmental protection.

As early as June this year, Intel, Lenovo and iqiyi launched a cooperation to explore solutions for creating a new immersive streaming media experience. Lenovo's development equipment based on Intel's new Meteor Lake platform has been used in functional development and tuning testing, and has achieved good results in enhancing user experience, such as over-scoring and on-screen performance optimization.

With the signing of the MOU, the three parties will continue to cooperate deeply in using AI technology to achieve gesture control on MEMC, running on NPU, and related power optimization. Prior to this, iqiyi also launched cooperation with Intel to deepen strategic cooperation in the field of video social networking, jointly with Lenovo Group to create quality content, and optimize entertainment audio-visual experience.

As previously reported by CTOnews.com, Intel will launch Core Ultra mobile processors on December 14, which will integrate NPU,PC into the AI era.
