Check Point enhances Infinity Global Services with new security hosting features

In October 2023, Check Point ®Software Technology Co., Ltd. (NASDAQ: CHKP), the world's leading provider of network security solutions, announced significant enhancements to its Check Point Infinity Global Services Suite. In the face of millions of global network security job gaps and the unprecedented growth of network attacks, enterprises increasingly need advanced tools and expertise in managed network security, secure cloud migration, and managed inspection and repair (MDR) services. It is in this context that Check Point extends Infinity global services and launches new managed security services across network, cloud and security operations and maintenance.
Five months ago, Infinity Global Services made an amazing debut, providing more than 30 customized security services to more than 2400 enterprises around the world. This is inseparable from the profound expertise of 400 professional security consultants and 150 security researchers. The purpose of this service is to provide users with a comprehensive network security management strategy. With three decades of industry knowledge, Infinity Global Services provides a unified IT solution that includes real-time threat intelligence from ThreatCloud AI. Infinity Global Services has four pillars: assessment, optimization, control, and response, each of which is designed to address today's network security challenges.
New enhancements to Infinity Global Services:
New managed network security services: network Operations Center (NOC) and Security Operations Center (SOC) are provided as services, using professional tools and processes to optimize network security protection and infrastructure
New managed cloud security services: provide cloud security experts to facilitate secure cloud migration, enhance cloud security protection, and provide managed cloud security state management (CSPM) and cloud native application protection platform (CNAPP) services
Extended managed Detection and response (MDR) function: extends Horizon MDR / MPR with Microsoft Sentinel platform capabilities to support comprehensive security analysis, event detection and response

The new features announced today come from Check Point's recent acquisition of rmsource, a provider of managed security, cloud and IT services. Founded in North Carolina in 1997, rmsource has been working in managed network security services, cloud security, cloud migration and IT management for more than 25 years, establishing a mature process system and accumulating deep expertise.
