According to a previous report by CTOnews.com, the official website of the Internet Information Office issued a notice on May 21, saying that the products sold by Micron in China failed the cyber security review.

Micron announced in June this year that it plans to invest more than 4.3 billion yuan in the Xi'an closed test plant in the next few years to build a new plant and introduce more new and high-performance packaging and testing equipment to better meet the needs of Chinese customers. The investment project will also create an additional 500 jobs, bringing Micron's total staff in China to more than 4500.
