After the official version is released, users can download different versions of desktop environments such as KDE Plasma,Xfce and Cinnamon according to their preferences.

Fedora 39 mainly updates the DNF package manager and optimizes the Anaconda user interface, as well as the latest GNOME 45 desktop environment, integrates LibreOffice version 7.6, and Fedora Cloud is optimized for AWS mirrors, using cost-effective gp3 storage volumes by default.

Fedora 39 Beta also updated GNU Toolchain with gcc 13.2, binutils 2.40, glibc 2.38, and gdb 13.2.
