CTOnews.com, Nov. 4 (Xinhua)-- MachineGames plans to expand its second game studio in Sundsvall, Sweden, with developers in 2025, but the staffing of the studio is not clear.

The studio is currently developing a Raiders-themed game that has been identified as a Xbox exclusive game.

CTOnews.com Note: MachineGames, founded in 2009 and later acquired by ZeniMax Media, the parent company of publisher Bethesda Softworks, is a studio based in Uppsala, Sweden, and joined Xbox Studio in 2021.

Games developed by MachineGames include German headquarters: the New order, which began in 2014, as well as additional battles for the recent remake of Thor Hammer.

Jerk Gustafsson, executive director of the studio, said: "as a game studio, we are always looking for and recruiting new game talent. By opening a new studio in northern Sweden, we can recruit more people who do not have the opportunity to move to Uppsala."
