It is reported that Silent Hill 2: remake will be released on March 21 next year.

CTOnews.com, Nov. 6, according to PC game benchmark website PCGameBenchmark, Silent Hill 2: remake will be released on March 21, 2024.

But CTOnews.com noted that after the news spread, PCGameBenchmark quickly changed the date to September 24, 2001, the release date of the original (PS2) Silent Hill 2: remake.

The date of March 21, 2024 is very specific, not like a placeholder, and it is consistent with the game dubbing actor's claimed release window in early 2024. If the date is accurate, Colome may announce the news at the TGA awards ceremony in December. About seven months ago, there were rumors that the game was "ready".

For many people, Silent Hill 2 is one of the best horror games of all time. It had a huge impact when it was released in 2001 and influenced many other horror games in the years that followed.

Recently, it has been reported that a remake of Silent Hill 2 may expand its content, especially against pyramid head, one of the most iconic villains in the game.
