The submission on GitHub is described as follows: "when we detect that the user has replaced a new device and left a PWA application on the old device, we run the PWA restore function. The idea is that the user can restore the previously installed PWA application from the old device."

In addition, a new Flag experiment option (chrome://flags#pwa-restore-ui) has been added to the Android Chrome Canary 121version. However, at present, the Flag does not work properly.

TheSpAndroid provides two screenshots showing the previously installed PWA applications listed in the Chrome browser of the new device, and users can choose whether or not to restore them on the new device.
