According to CTOnews.com news on November 6, GAC GROUP released an October production and sales report this afternoon, in which production was 238253 vehicles, up 1.46 percent from the same period last year, and sales volume was 224449 vehicles, up 5.56 percent from the same period last year.

The October output and sales volume of each brand of CTOnews.com attached to Guangzhou Automobile:

Guangzhou Auto Honda produced 64833 vehicles, down 15.80% from the same period last year, while sales decreased 0.1% to 63512 vehicles.

GAC Toyota produced 87413 vehicles, up 2.54% from the same period last year, and sold 80800 vehicles, unchanged from the same period last year.

GAC MOTOR produced 37578 vehicles, up 9.94% from the same period last year, and sales volume was 38010, up 21.11% from the same period last year.

GAC produced 48039 vehicles, up 46.94% from the same period last year, and sold 41503 vehicles, up 38.05% from a year earlier.

The report also shows that GAC GROUP's cumulative sales this year (January to October) were 2018713 vehicles, down 0.92% from the same period last year. In terms of new energy vehicles, GAC GROUP sold 46782 vehicles in October, an increase of 39.24 percent over the same period last year, with cumulative sales of 440694 vehicles in January-October, an increase of 84.80 percent over the same period last year, among which GAC Ean became the main growth brand.

It is worth mentioning that GAC-Mitsubishi was listed as one of the other models by GAC GROUP, and the specific sales volume is unknown.

According to previous CTOnews.com reports, GAC GROUP announced last month that he planned to restructure GAC-Mitsubishi, GAC-Mitsubishi Motor sales Company and other restructuring matters. After the completion of the restructuring, GAC-Mitsubishi will become a wholly-owned subsidiary of GAC GROUP, while GAC-Ean will use the GAC-Mitsubishi plant to increase production and capacity, and plans to achieve mass production in June 2024.
