CTOnews.com, November 6, SteamVR Beta 2.1.1 update has been released recently, adding a new way to play print games in virtual reality.

CTOnews.com notes that the new feature, called SteamVR Theater Screen (Cinema screen), replaces the old Desktop Game Theater app, which was first released in 2016. Like Desktop Game Theater, the new Theater Screen provides a way to play non-VR games through a large virtual screen, where players can adjust the size and curvature of the plane.

SteamVR Theater Screen can enhance the experience of print games, bridge the gap between traditional games and VR games, open up new possibilities for gamers to enjoy their favorite non-VR games, and enhance their sense of immersion.
