Thanks to CTOnews.com netizens Wu Yanzu in South China for the delivery of clues! CTOnews.com, Nov. 7: Asustek launched Chromebook CM3000 in 2021 and today launched a successor to CM3001. The new CM3001 design follows the previous design, with a slight upgrade in processor performance and an increase in memory from 4GB to 8GB.

In terms of processors, the Asustek CM3001 is equipped with MediaTek Kompanio 520processors, which has a slight performance upgrade compared to the Kompanio 500processors carried by previous generations of CM3000.

On the memory side, CM3001 still uses LPDDR4x memory, but the capacity has been upgraded from 4GB to 8GB.

On the wireless side, the CM3001 upgrade supports Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth 5.2. in addition, 4G LTE cellular network version is optional, while only Wi-Fi 5 and Bluetooth 4.2 are now supported.
