Nomad launches a series of automotive MagSafe accessories: 70W chargers and brackets, starting at $45

CTOnews.com, November 9 (Xinhua)-- accessory manufacturer Nomad today launched three in-car products, namely "MagSafe bracket", "MagSafe charging bracket" and "70W car charger (for cigarette lighters)". Nomad claims that these accessories can provide a range of charging solutions for non-smart cars.

The MagSafe bracket, which costs $45 (CTOnews.com Note: currently about 328 yuan), is made of polycarbonate and glass and does not provide charging. It simply fastens the phone to the steering wheel for easy access to maps and navigation.

The ▲ drawing source NomadMagSafe charging bracket costs $80 and is made of the same polycarbonate and glass, equipped with USB-C cable and an 18W USB-C car cigarette lighter charger. The iPhone can be charged at 7.5W.

The $60 70W car charger uses gallium nitride technology and provides two USB-C ports to charge the Mac in addition to supporting iPhone. When charging two devices at the same time, the blue port supports 50W charging and the black port supports 20W charging, but the charger is not equipped with USB-C cable and users need to bring it their own.
