Microsoft AI new patent: able to play the role of therapist and relieve users' psychological problems

CTOnews.com According to a list published by the United States Trademark and Patent Office (USPTO), Microsoft obtained an AI-related technology patent on November 7, introducing AI to be competent as a psychotherapist, counseling and improving users 'psychological problems.

According to the patent description, the AI psychotherapist conceived by Microsoft will collect relevant emotional data of users, analyze the emotional problems of users, and generate corresponding treatment plans based on user data.

Microsoft detailed the capabilities of the chatbot, with a chat window, a processing module and a response database that is larger than conventional AI chatbots.
