CTOnews.com, November 12, China Aerospace Science and Technology Corporation announced in an article this afternoon that recently, the long March 2 F Yao 19 carrier rocket has fully entered the final assembly state, and this "divine arrow" will carry out the Shenzhou manned spacecraft launch mission in 2024.

According to previous reports by CTOnews.com, on August 31 this year, the China manned Space Office announced that China will successively implement four missions in 2024, including Tianzhou 7 cargo spacecraft, Tianzhou 8 cargo spacecraft, Shenzhou 18 manned spacecraft, and Shenzhou 19 manned spacecraft, while launching the annual manned mission identification and recruitment activities.

The solicitation closed at 24:00 on September 30, followed by preliminary selection, online voting, final selection and announcement of the results.

The Shenzhou 18 and Shenzhou 19 manned missions will be composed of three astronauts and will be launched from the Jiuquan Satellite launch Center. The main tasks are as follows:

Carry out astronaut extravehicular activities and cargo airlock extravehicular tasks

Continue to carry out space science experiments and technical experiments

Carry out important activities such as platform management, astronaut support and popular science education.
