CTOnews.com, November 14, Sabrent recently announced a new Apex X16 Destroyer expansion card with 16 M.2 SSD bits, which is officially plugged into 8TB SSD to achieve a total capacity of 128TB.

As shown in the figure above, this expansion card features a single slot thickness design, with 8 M.2 SSD mounting bits on the front and 8 M.2 SSD mounting bits on the back, and supports PCIe 2280 SSD.

At present, Sabrent has not announced the price and release time of the new Apex X16 Destroyer expansion card.

As previously reported by CTOnews.com, Sabrent has also shown the Apex X21 Destroyer expansion card, which supports the installation of 21 M.2 SSD, with a total capacity of up to 168 TB full of 8TB SSD.
