Ricoh Image launches Pentax WG-90 three-proof camera, priced at $279

CTOnews.com, Nov. 15, Ricoh Image announced the launch of its compact three-defense camera, the Pentax PENTAX WG-90, which offers blue and "classic black" colors and is priced at $279 (CTOnews.com Note: about 2028 yuan currently) and is expected to be available in 2024.
The biggest change in the new phone is its return to the PENTAX brand. Ricoh said the brand shift was to take full advantage of Pentax's reputation for "developing dustproof, waterproof and weather-resistant products" and would continue to use the brand to launch more WG products in the future.
According to reports, the PENTAX WG-90 uses a rugged waterproof design, with an equivalent 28mm to 140mm 5x optical zoom lens, integrated circular flash, using 1600 megapixel 1x2.3 (6.17x 4.55mm) BSI CMOS sensor, the maximum waterproof depth is 14m, supports 1.6m anti-fall, and the lowest working temperature is as low as-10 °C.
