CTOnews.com, November 17 (Xinhua) Columbia Pictures will celebrate its 100th anniversary on January 10, 2024. The "Lady Torch" logo has now been announced.

Sony Pictures Entertainment has solemnly unveiled the centenary of Colombian films, officials say. The design of the centenary logo is inspired by Columbia Pictures' long-established "Lady Torch" image.

According to public information, Columbia Pictures was founded in 1919 as CBC Film Marketing, and changed its name to Columbia Pictures on January 10, 1924. In 1989, Sony acquired Columbia Pictures.
