Microsoft updated tutorial video: teach you how to repair Surface Laptop Studio 2 and Surface Go 4

CTOnews.com November 18, Microsoft Surface's official YouTube channel today shared two videos detailing how to fix Surface Laptop Studio 2 and Surface Go 4 devices.

Microsoft is working to improve the maintainability of Surface products, starting in June this year through Microsoft Store to directly provide replacement parts such as screens, brackets, batteries, solid-state drives, and so on. The video attached to CTOnews.com is as follows:

In the latest video, Microsoft details the tools needed to repair two Surface devices and provides a detailed maintenance process.

Surface Laptop Studio 2 is equipped with Intel's 13th generation i7 processor and offers three types of memory 16GB / 32GB / 64GB and three storage specifications 512GB / 1TB / 2TB SSD.

The machine is equipped with a 14.4in display screen with a resolution of 2400 × 1600 and a refresh rate of up to 120Hz.

In terms of graphics cards, Surface Laptop Studio 2 is divided into three different specifications: Intel Iris Xe and Nvidia Geforce RTX 4050, 4060 and 2000 Ada according to different versions. It is also equipped with Intel neural processing unit NPU, which is the first time Intel NPU has been used in Windows computers.
