Steam client officially supports Sony DualShock / DualSense handle, adding "support controller" game center
CTOnews.com November 21, the V Society added support for Sony DualShock (CTOnews.com PS1-PS4 handle) and DualSense (PS5 handle) in its latest Steam client update, and integrated identification input API to provide developers and players with the tools and information they need.
In addition, V Club has added a filter for related handles that players can enable in the game list, as well as a "support controller" game center for Steam clients, where players can view games compatible with DualShock and DualSense handles.
It is reported that in the past year, there have been at least 3 billion handle-based game sessions worldwide, of which 60% are Xbox handles, 27% are PlayStation DualShock and DualSense handles, and the remaining 13% are made up of Steam Deck, Switch Pro and hundreds of other handle models, so it is expected that V Society quietly added official support to PlayStation handles.
