MLID said that the performance of the desktop RDNA 4 GPU will exceed RX 7900 XT, but is not sure whether its performance can exceed RTX 4080 SUPER.

MLID said the RX 8000 GPU is expected to be aimed at the mid-market and could sell for between $400 and $600 (CTOnews.com Note: currently about 2868-4302 yuan). For comparison, AMD's current midrange products, such as the RX 7700 XT and the RX 7800 XT, have suggested retail prices of $449 and $499, respectively.

MLID said it could not confirm the release date of the RDNA 4 GPU at this time, although there were previous reports that it would be released in the third quarter of 2024.
